Receiptionist I
Provides customer service in the salon by answering the phone, booking and rebooking customers'' appointments, greeting and directing customers to required stylist or the next available station, and selling styling salon retail products. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Greets and directs customers to the proper area. Sells retail merchandise, up-sells, and adds on additional services. Performs cashiering duties.
