Stephanie has 11 years of proven experience. After years of experience in NY Stephanie moved to NC looking for warmth. She has been styling hair since 1999. Shortly after arriving she found the warmth she was looking for here at Sam & Bill's. Here she creates an extremely positive atmosphere while adding her own individualized style to her clients hair designs. She will brighten your day as well as your hair color!
