My decades long hairstylist retired so I made an appointment with Ashley. She listened, was pleasant and easy going, calmed my nerves and cut my hair to my wishes. Happy to have had such a smooth transition to a new place.

Ashley helped me figure out what kind of haircut I wanted and did an incredible job, best haircut I’ve ever had, and she and everyone else there were all super friendly!

I had never been a stylist before I used to always just go to sports clips. I did a walk in with no real consultation and it was easily the hair cut I’ve ever received. Chris is a savant and took one look at my hair and knew what needed to be done. I got the keep my curls that had previously been unmanageable and keep the length. Real a beach curls kind of vibe. I won’t go anywhere else!

Going to Sam and Bil's was like going to a relaxing retreat. Everyone was so friendly, kind and gracious and the atmosphere was calm and restful. You don't feel rushed but you do feel the care they have for their customers.

I just got my first haircut here and left feeling fabulous. I normally go to cheap places to get a cut, so this was my first time in a salon in a long time. Sophie listened to my concerns and paid close attention to my needs. She was easy to talk to and the whole thing, including a shampoo and styling took about 30 minutes, which was great. She did an amazing job and my hair hasn’t felt this good in years.

Sophie is new here but she does a great job with my hair. I am really hesitant about anyone touching my hair let alone do highlights on me. But Sophie just knows exactly what I want! Also this was my first time coming to Sam and Bill’s let me just say the ladies here are amazing! Loved talking to them while I was getting my hair done. I will absolutely come back !

I came for a consult and was very pleased. Stephanie understood my hair right away. She trimmed it a bit taking away some of the weight and instantly it looked and felt better!

I had a great experience at Sam and Bill's and loved working with my stylist, Ashley. She was clearly knowledgeable about my hair type and gave me a cut I love! Great experience! Absolutely top tier service. Ashley was super helpful and knowledgeable. For anyone who wants to try taking their hair in a new direction I would highly recommend this place. I was nervous about trying something new but the staff made me feel at ease because they clearly know what they’re doing. One of the best haircut experiences I have ever had and I am excited to come back!
